Belmont Technical College created a space where students can achieve that which the late Dean Charles W. Kocher dedicated his life -- Student Success.

Services provided are: make-up testing, placement and exit testing, individualized tutoring, drop-in math tutoring, drop-in writing assistance, and an open computer lab with 28 new computers.
